1. Open up \\DLINK-D40605\Volume_1\CLIENTS\wordpress and locate emergency.php

2. Open up filezilla, go to File > Site Manager and connect to the website that requires a password reset.

3.Copy emergency.php to the public_html directory.

4. Open up your web browser and type in the website address then /emergency.php

5. A reset password page should appear, now you can enter a new account name and password.
