For sidebar transparency:

Go to your TWITTER>> PROFILE, SETTINGS…

Select the colour of the sidebar, then paste the following in the URL bar :    javascript:document.getElementById(“user_profile_sidebar_fill_color”).value%20=%20”;document.getElementById(“title_theme”).innerHTML%20=%20′Click%20The%20Save%20Changes%20Button%20At%20Bottom%20To%20Finish!!’;void(0);

Then hit ENTER.

Settings should save.
